The provider of services is not viable to ensure the safety of the service, therefore each user enters the system on his/her own responsibility. Due to the extremely popular demand and usage of the system, the optimal usability may suffer. For this reason the provider reserves all rights to monitor the internet traffic and limit the access to certain services and even sanction any possible abuses with the help of local law organs.

Due to the fact that the system is built for the widest possible population of residents and visitors, tourism offers, information gathering, education, etc.; including children and teenagers, the provider reserves all rights to limit certain improper contents. These contents usually concern the problem of downloading great ammount of data, that extremely hinders the speed of the system and disables the usage of the system for other users. These are mainly multimedia related files, illegally downloaded applications and similar. For this reason we are currently limiting access to files with .exe, .dll, .vbs… extensions which can also be infected with harmful code. We are also blocking the access to certain services like ftp, ping and similar. Due to the possibility of immense spreading of spam (on demand from Tuš Telekom d.d. as our ADSL connections provider) we also closed the port which is used for mail client applications (such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird,…).

For the reason of discovering and preventing any possible abuses and to provide »E-Uprava« services through E-Spots we are also gathering statistics of internet traffic on individual E-Spots.
